French trade union CFDT : an innovative recruitment campaign

Over 6 months Liegey Muller Pons worked with the biggest French trade union CFDT to manage an innovative recruitment campaign which sought to increase its membership in a few test branches. Liegey Muller Pons delivered training sessions to CFDT members, helping them to change their approaches with employees and to organise a large new membership drive.

Thanks to this new way of mobilising, the branches which participated benefited from a 16% increase in membership. The trade union can now rely on a larger membership base to build upon and increase their effectiveness for the workforce.
